    "content": "I appeal to all of you, as we look at this Report; there will come a time when we will have to collectively get together and walk to some of the parastatals and ask them what they are doing. I appeal to the President and his advisors to put in place boards of State corporations and put professionals in charge. It should not just be professionals because we once had a dream team. You can be a professional but a thief. Put people of integrity in charge – people who care about the vision of this country, the vision of our forefathers and the prayer in our National Anthem.
