    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. Without appearing as if I am opposing what my leader said, I raised this issue yesterday. If the formula of asking Questions in the 10th Parliament is anything to go by, the principal Questioner will put the Question and allow other Members to ask supplementary questions that are in principle related to the principal Question. Other than saving time for this House, we shall also be saving time for the Cabinet Secretaries who we know have other duties to do.
