"content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. My Question is 206/2018 and it is directed to the Cabinet Secretary for Labour and Social Protection. (a) Is the Cabinet Secretary aware that older citizens in North Imenti Constituency in possession of identification cards with seven-digit numbers or less are unable to enroll in the Older Persons Cash Transfer Programme? (b) What measures is the Ministry putting in place to ensure these older citizens are enrolled and receive their monthly stipend? (c) When will the older citizens who are already in the programme be paid their arrears and how are new persons registered and those who have passed on be de-registered?
