    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, it is true that the documentation has not been done properly. During the study carried out in 2008, even as documentation was being done under a project pioneered by the UNEP, it was not possible to classify Kenya among the Category B where recycling can be done. The truth is that we still have many gadgets in our houses. The setting up of the centres is going on and it is only the schools computerization programme that has a centre although we do not have the data. Very soon, we will set up those centres which will enable us publicise where the dangerous gadgets are supposed to be surrendered. It is then that our data base will improve."
