    "content": "On the issue before the House, my request to Hon. Babu Owino, who is also a friend of Bobi Wine, is that my constituency boarders Uganda. When he makes very inflammatory and derogatory statements against a head of state, President Museveni, we at the boarder feel that the harmony between Kenya and Uganda is threatened. I ask my colleague coming out of this issue in hosting his colleague, Bobi Wine, it is not good to make such kind of statements because they derogate a head of state of a neighbouring country and it brings disrepute to our country and creates disharmony between us and the neighbouring country."
