    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the DEO will help or facilitate the community in having the application done. This is because the school does not belong to the DEO but it belongs to a community. It belongs to a group that requested for that project. Otherwise, the DEO could have taken that project to any other place. So, the DEO will not sign certain papers. There must be a chairman of that project who will sign those documents. So, let the hon. Member liaise with his DEO, which is a very simple to do and then have the papers done. We will register that school in a day."
