    "content": " THAT, I Charles Njagua Kanyi, by engaging in a public scuffle with Mr. Babu Owino Paul Ongili, on Tuesday 10th October 2017 within the precincts of National Assembly, I acted in breach of Section 16(e) of the Parliamentary Powers and Privileges Act, 2017 as the conduct reflected adversely on the dignity of Members of Parliament and this House; THAT, in view of this, I Charles Njagua Kanyi, tender my unreserved apology to the Members and to this House for having acted in a manner that did not bring honour, respect, and dignity to this House and undertake that I shall always abide by the responsibilities of leadership set out in the Constitution, the Leadership and Integrity Act, 2012, Public Officer Ethics Act, 2003 and the Parliamentary Powers and Privileges Act, 2017. I, therefore, beseech to be admitted to the Chamber."
