    "content": "Let me very briefly highlight the essence of a few clauses in this Bill. Part I is on preliminary provisions. It sets out the short-title and commencement time of the Bill. In Clause 2, the Bill replaces the interpretation of several terms in the current Act to align with the new Constitution. The Bill proposes to replace the use of the word ‘Chairman’ to a more gender sensitive word ‘Chairperson’. The term “Clerk” is expanded to include the Clerk of the Senate and so on. That is the essence of Part I of the Bill."
