    "content": "For those reasons, it is my humble view and I want to urge Hon. Members to consider this Bill. Effectively, there will be numerous amendments which will be proposed from all quarters. If those amendments are for the good of the people of Kenya, the legislative arm of the State and everyone we will pass them. If they will be bad and not acceptable to the people of Kenya, we will reject them. For now, I take the stand that we should pass this Bill and move on to have an Act of Parliament that is in charge of the Parliamentary Service Commission."
