"content": "Of course, one of the grounds is, if he is in breach of Constitution or any other law. That is why I have advised quite guardedly that the Committee needs to sit as a committee and make a resolution. Obviously, we can invoke the provisions of the Powers and Privileges Act and we proceed. If somebody is in breach of that one, then that would be grounds.
