More particularly the reason you gave was you were thinking of inserting a sunset clause which is clear indication or testimony that you have not read the Bill even when it has been in publication for more than six months. There is no need. You do not have the Floor. There is nothing to argue about. It is not fair. We are telling Kenyans that we do not read Bills. That is a terrible admission. It cannot be the grounds upon which I can even entertain the thought of reviewing."
