    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker for giving me an opportunity to contribute to this very important Bill. From the outset, I stand here to declare that I am supporting it. I am a precious product of a woman. Therefore, I have a responsibility to support the women of this country. This House has a constitutional responsibility under Article 94(4) that defines the role of Parliament. That it shall protect the Constitution and promote democratic governance of this country."
