    "content": "I wish to take this House back to 2013 when the phrase “Mpigs ” was first coined. Indeed, pigs were brought outside this House. They were slaughtered. It was a prelude to the dehumanisation of Members of Parliament. They are now referred to as Mpigs . It is not important and nobody bothers, but the Principal Secretaries, Cabinet Secretaries and judges earn much more than Members of Parliament.
