    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. The Constitution of Kenya (Amendment) Bill is before this House. I have listened very carefully on the comments made by Members referring to certain areas. For instance, when you refer to the number of elected women in Ethiopia or Rwanda, we should look at the history in Rwanda. Many of the men were killed during the war. There is a dictatorial kind of Government in Ethiopia. In democracies like the USA, up to today you do not force the number of women elected and not elected."
