    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I rise to support the Constitution of Kenya (Amendment) Bill. In 2010, Kenya enacted the Constitution with the two-thirds gender rule enshrined. Time has come for us to actualise the vision of the Constitution. I am told by a lady colleague that they are 91 ladies in Parliament including the CWRs. If you take 30 per cent of the total number of Members, we only need 140 female Members. Therefore, topping up is not a tall order. I love women."
