(a) Is the Minister is aware that recent flooding of Sabwani River in Kwanza Constituency has led to the displacement of hundreds of families from their homes, who are currently residing at market centres and with relatives? (b) What urgent action will the Minister take to help the displaced families and what short and long-term plans does the Government have to permanently control the annual flooding of Sabwani River?"
