    "content": "I am talking to the President and all the party leaders who said on television that they support this Bill. Why have you not called parliamentary group (PG) meetings? Why have you not whipped Members? You whip Members when you want something to be passed by Parliament, but when it comes to women issues, you do not bother. President Uhuru Kenyatta was the first one to start the campaign. Let him do what he needs to do to pass this Bill. This is becoming a joke. The Leader of the Majority Party has brought this Bill for the second time. He is not used to failing. If he fails, it would mean that he did not work hard enough. He needs to work very hard."
