    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker, for giving me this chance to also talk on this very important Constitution of Kenya (Amendment) Bill No.4 of 2018. I support this Bill. It is long overdue. It is not all about women. It is for the both genders. How I wish this Bill could have gone through in the last Parliament. Somebody has said here that Barrack Obama said it is unwise to have half of your team not playing as the country pursues its development goals. For Kenya to achieve its development goals, we need to involve both genders."
