    "content": " As I was saying, I support the Bill with reservations because of the issues I raised. In any case, this is neither a women’s Bill nor a men’s Bill. It is our Bill. It is about us and the Constitution. We need to adhere to the requirements of the Constitution and we can do the other issues of amendments later and make sure that party leaderships are fair enough to Kenyans by nominating both men and women to represent the various categories of the Kenyan people."
