    "content": "I have already spoken on the issue of future generations. For us to make a mark or pass the leadership baton to the generation that will come after us, these are the things that we need to do. We must apply our experiences, academics and values to the generations that are coming. That is so that when they come after us, they will say there were some leaders who made a way for us. We are not making these laws for us. We are passing them. As a leader, whenever you get into leadership you must be prepared to leave. You must have an exit strategy so that whoever comes after you will say there was a leader here who made these things happen."
