    "content": " I understand but I was saying this because ladies are complaining that the system is against them either because of their economic inability or because of violence. That probably is responsible for the small number we are getting in terms of women representation in Parliament. We also need to examine these things to know why we cannot achieve the number we are targeting. Otherwise, I support the Bill but women must also work hard to catch up on their own. We are not going to have this amendment lasting forever."
