    "content": "The position is that this House is not properly constituted. There is no shortcut for any Member. Every Member must realise that and ensure the situation is corrected and we get back on track. Women have been disadvantaged for a long time. It is high time we ensured that women also take their true position. Equality is enshrined in our Constitution. Therefore, we must ensure that that equality is not only heard but is seen in reality. This amendment Bill will correct the situation. The 12th Parliament will be remembered for correcting the situation in the House. All the Members of this House have no choice but to support this Bill and make sure that the Constitution is followed to the letter. We must make sure that the number of women is as per the requirements. Therefore, this two-thirds gender rule must be properly looked into and the Bill supported. With those few remarks, I support this Bill and encourage all the Members to support it and make sure that we do not operate against the Constitution."
