    "content": "There is another complaint that has been alluded to by Members that it is going to cost the taxpayers some money by adding Members to this Parliament. The truth is that we lose more than Kshs600 billion annually to corruption and adding Kshs200 million is not going to be expensive. Our expense is not going to be negative. In fact, making sure we have the gender ratio that we need in Parliament will increase prosperity in our country. Thank you."
