Members because the House will obviously rise possibly at 7.00 p.m or such other time as it may be possible; it is important that we carry with ourselves into the weekend the message from the Leader of the Majority Party that on Wednesday next week at 2.00 p.m, the House will be forced to put the Question for Second Reading of the Constitution of Kenya (Amendment) Bill, National Assembly Bill No.4. I have heard it being erroneously referred by other Members, more notably the Member for Nandi County as the “Duale Bill”. That is the Bill. The Member for Nandi County understands it that way.
