    "content": "We felt that we should also add 6th December as the last day to have a morning sitting so that we dispose of all Bills both Government and private; all Motions, protocols, treaties and Reports of Committees. So that, this House can go on holiday recess knowing that our tray is empty. As we do this, I hope the over 14 Bills from this House, which lapsed in the 11th Parliament and are now about to lapse in the Senate our colleagues in the Senate will do something about them between now and 6th December."
