    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to thank the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Government for the Statement which is focusing on what we need to do in order to avert a national catastrophy but we have unfinished business. When there was famine last year, there was the matter of the subsidized maize and a report was done. In order to avoid the same scenario when funds are set aside to avert the coming La Nina and the crisis that it might pose, what is he, as the co-ordinator and the supervisor of the functions of Government doing to ensure that the culprits identified in the PriceWaterHouse Report are punished? Could he table that report in this Parliament?"
