    "content": "THAT, Clause 10 of the Bill be amended by inserting the words “a company secretary and” immediately after the word “employ”. All that I am trying to do is to amend by inserting the words “a company secretary and” immediately after the word “employ”. The main reason is to create clarity that the staff to be employed will include a company secretary because it is a new institution."
