    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am seeking a clarification from the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Government that, indeed, this is not the annual ratio we have seen over the last three years, where we start with people dying, then people are eating seeds, now they are eating dogs and after that there is a special committee from the Cabinet and there is a massive import of maize in a very irregular manner. Could he assure this House that, indeed, this year, we are talking about buying the bumper harvest from the farmers?"
