    "content": "The justification for the amendment is that there are many types of force majeure. These are acts of nature or unanticipated acts and not just earthquakes and floods. It is more encompassing when we use the legal terminology of force majeure . For example, there can be deliberate contamination of food which could cause death and injury disrupting socio-economic and political stability. This has not been captured. There are earthquakes, explosions and forcemajeure."
