    "content": "(2) The Council shall appoint and gazette inspectors who shall exercise such powers in accordance with regulations made under this Act. The amendment provides for the Council to appoint and gazette inspectors who inspect agricultural commodities stored in licenced warehouse and records according to warehouse receipts and make regulations related to the same."
