    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to state that as I speak here and as I make this Statement, I am making it on behalf of the Government. There are various subcommittees of the Cabinet. There are those that will deal with matters that relate to agriculture, food supply and so forth. There are standing committees of the Cabinet. I want to tell the House that when I made reference to this, you will notice I was picking out very specifically Ministries that caucus under a Standing Committee of the Cabinet to be able to deal with all these matters in a holistic manner. So that I hope clarifies the point that is being raised by the hon. Member."
