    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like to start by saying that the SGR ceiling was, indeed, raised. A decision was made at the Cabinet and this figure was raised to 8 million bags from the figure that used to be there of 3 million bags of SGR. The idea is that the SGR is supposed to give you, at least, a lead time of about three months in any given country before you are able to receive imports. With the increased population, this figure was hiked to eight million bags. As to whether they have hit the 8 million bags, I want to say not yet. That figure has not yet been reached."
