While we are still on statements under Standing Order No.48(1), I requested for a statement from the Standing Committee on Labour and Social Welfare, which was duly processed and you approved it. Actually I requested it on 3rd, October, 2018. The Chairperson had promised to give a response in two weeks. It is now over eight weeks and we have not gotten the Statement on minimum wage guidelines. I would like to hear from the Chairperson when the Statement will be produced in this House.
