    "content": "The Committee has also proposed various Committee Stage amendments on the Bills which I shall be moving when the Bills will be up for Committee Stage. The bills mentioned are as follows:- (i) The County Outdoor Advertising Control Bill, 2018 was read a First Time in the Senate on 11th September, 2018 and thereafter stood committed to the Standing Committee on Information Communication and Technology for public participation."
