    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. This is also a fairly technical matter. I hope that my colleagues will bear with me on some of the technical issues that will arise. Mr. Speaker Sir, Standing Order No.51 (1) (b) provides that at least every three months, a Committee Chairperson is expected to make a statement relating to activities of the Committee. In fulfillment of that provision, I wish to make a statement in regards to the Standing Committee on Legal Affairs and Human rights for the period commencing 9th August, 2018 to 9th November, 2018."
