Could he kindly inform the House - because we are not aware and he is the Chairperson of the Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs – whether there is something that has happened to our Constitution that then sets us up for an election? This is the fourth time that he is mentioning it. Why is he so preoccupied with an election that we are not aware about? Is he in order? We are worried."
