What are the State obligations and so forth? Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, we are still scrutinizing the main contract, where some and others have not been witnessed. It is not even initialized on every page; it does not have the seal of the company and the Government. All these things are important and we are still grappling with the methodology with which we will apply to bring all these things to conclusion. I beg for your indulgence that we take a slightly longer time to scrutinize these issues, even if it means completing it around January, so that we can table a report to the House once we come back from the recess.
