    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, thank you for giving me that opportunity. This is a Report and a Motion that has generated a lot of public interest. In that last sitting when we discussed this matter, you presided over a discussion on the Report of the Powers and Privileges Committee. This Report has faced various roadblocks. The best way to make sure and to assure the nation, that hon. Senators acted in the best interest of the public is to have an open and transparent vote where delegations are called upon to vote, so that Kenyans know where their stand on this particular matter."
