    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I did not throw mud. I am not trying to cast aspersions. I know what the rules say. I promised to live by them when I took the oath. It is not just the dignity of the institution, but the dignity of every single Member of the Senate. If there was anything to bring on anybody who is a Member of this House, the rules are so clear on how to do it. Mr. Speaker, Sir, this is an opportunity for us to express ourselves like other institutions that have expressed themselves on the war on corruption. This issue arose because the House was convinced that this was an incident of corruption. That is why the word ‘fraud’ appears in the Motion.
