    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, one of the most refreshing provisions of this Bill is that it is very explicit that the interests of counties and county governments are taken care of in as far as the extractive industry is concerned. This Bill creates a platform or a framework through which the benefits from exploration of natural resources are able to trickle back to the communities where those resources are found."
