He is well known there. I want to join you in welcoming the distinguished delegation from Kisii County Assembly and to encourage them by letting them know that they are benchmarking from the best. They are our greatest partners in devolution and we fully rely on them to ensure that devolution works in terms of providing oversight to the county governments. They are our first line of defence.
