Mary Seneta by residents of Kaputei North Ward in Kajiado on non-recruitment of locals by flower firms institutions and other companies operating in the ward. This is an issue that affects many counties where local are bypassed and others are employed. We have also concluded on this Petition. We intend to visit. However, we noted that as it is, there is no law regulating private hiring.
