    "content": "Those are just some of the provisions in the code of conduct. Mr. Speaker, Sir, part (c) of the Bill sets out the functions of the county law enforcement and compliance units as follows- (a) Ensuring the compliance and enforcement of all county laws; (b) Inspection for compliance with trade licences and permits; (c) Ensuring legal compliance to all county revenue collection, including cess, royalties and land rates; (d) Protecting and guarding the property of the county; and, (e) Protection of public entertainment sites, among other duties."
