    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, Clause 8 talks about where an enforcement officer has reasonable grounds to suspect that any property has been--- I agree with this that you need any other law. The enforcement may make an application to the relevant court, to seize that property and for other relevant order. My good Senator, Professor Kabaka, senior counsel and a renowned scholar, will agree that we need to protect human rights. The right to property is so sacred."
