I wish to contribute to this important Bill that has been initiated by the distinguished Senator for Vihiga County, Sen. Khaniri. Madam Temporary Speaker, I support this very important Bill. I will not say what the distinguished Senator for Migori has said but it is his constitutional right to not support this Bill.
