This is a matter that ought to be dealt with: not to gag Members but just so that they can be factual. I saw Hon. Kutuny on the programme. Much as I may not have the information about what he is saying but something caught my attention. When he said that he has been bringing petitions over maize issues and these are killed at the HBC, I got concerned because I sit in the HBC and I may be put in a group of those who are frustrating such an important accountability effort."
