The Minister has indicated that he has allocated only Kshs11 million for a 55-kilometer road. It beats logic how much it costs a Ministry to grade and murram a kilometer road. Could the Minister indicate whether he can increase the budget allocation for upgrading or grading and murraming these roads?"
