    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I did not want to contribute to this Bill because we have overcontributed to it. The Leader of the Majority Party said something which caught my attention. He referred to COFEK and my friend, Mutoro, as busybodies. Mutoro is a very nice gentleman. He probably reacted that way out of anger. I have known him for long. He is a gentleman and a nice person. His interest has been to fight for the consumers in this country. He should have lobbied us more. I was not even aware that he had issues with this Bill. I wish that he had brought his issues before some of us because we are here to address matters of concern to Kenyans. Stephen is one of them. What is your point of order, Hon. Angwenyi? You cannot make him my enemy. He is my friend."
