    "content": " As regards COFEK, it is unfortunate that somebody has sent a threat or what looks like a threat. That is not proper. As a country, we should start to accept and deal with COFEK. It is extremely important. When we were looking at the Health Act, we did not realise that people established guidelines for Bills but did not consider how they affect the general public. His sending a message is not in order but the concept of working with consumers in our organisation is something we should encourage and not discourage. This organisation is registered. I had to check whether it is registered. It pays taxes. It was not right that he sent the message but it is proper that we start accepting consumers’ views with regard to regulation."
