    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I am happy because we have got here in terms of this particular Bill. It is going to change the marketing of our agricultural produce. It is giving the right infrastructure for commodities exchange, so that we are able to do away with the middlemen who have misused farmers and taken advantage of the fact that farmers may not have direct access to markets. It will stabilise prices across the country, so that we will not deal with Government and insist that it must buy our maize because it must subsidise. We will now let market forces dictate the prices of our commodities across the board."
